I have similar experience, except I was at the other end of the stick--I felt that I got way less "marbles" (we have "coupons") than I truly deserved. Popularity strongly influences your reward merit. I am also easily angered by people who game the system in a reward-for-performance system.<br /><br />What about a pay-for-patient satisfaction system?
